4-6 ozsalmon filets (or sturdy white fish, such as sea bass or cod)(skinless)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, or 400 convection.
Combine all the ingredients except the fish in a small bowl and mix well. Place fish with skinned-side down on a foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread yogurt mixture evenly over the tops all 4 filets.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish. Cook until it easily flakes, or internal temperature is 110-120. Do not overcook. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Top with fresh dill if desired.
