dried chorizo sausage link(s)

sherry wine
Instructions
Using a fork, prick the chorizo link(s) in 3 or 4 places.
Place chorizo in small saucepan and cover with sherry. Bring a a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.
Transfer chorizo and sherry to a dish, being sure the sausage is sitting down in the sherry. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Slice chorizo into 3/4 inch slices and reheat in the sherry just until warmed through.
Transfer mixture to a serving dish and serve with toothpicks or a small appetizer fork.
